In one sweep, the view from Mercer Roof Terrace takes in London’s skyline, from the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral to the glass tip of The Shard. Here, guests can dine al fresco or enjoy a drink at the bar above the city lights. Inside, the atmosphere is warm and convivial, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening wide to bring the outdoors in.
The menu celebrates the best of modern British cooking, showcasing meat and fish from the British Isles, cooked using our charcoal oven.
Starters include British asparagus, Cornish crab, and hay-smoked beef tartare. Mains include charcoal grilled steaks such as our signature 1.2kg Tomahawk, Suffolk free-range chicken glazed with honey and lavender as well as Whole Dover sole, Seaweed butter, Jersey Royals & asparagus.
Cocktails include inventive recipes using house-infused spirits displayed in colourful glass carafes on the bar.
Our weekday set lunch menu showcases quality British produce, including farm-to-table meat, fresh fish and seasonal vegetables. Dishes include English asparagus with chopped duck egg and watercress mayonnaise, and salt-baked kohlrabi with goats’ curd, black garlic and apple (Menu changes daily). This menu is priced at £29.50 for two courses and £33.50 for three courses.
Our weekend set lunch menu features British classics with an artisanal twist, using local produce and fresh ingredients. Dishes include 35 day aged beef sirloin, peppercorn sauce & frites, Tranche of Halibut, anchovy butter and broccoli as well as Globe artichoke, braised white onion.

Mercer Roof Terrace can be hired exclusively for breakfast meetings up to 10:00 a.m. for up to 36 people with the existing set up of the restaurant. Ideal for power breakfasts, standing breakfast receptions, team incentives, and corporate meetings.
The restaurant can also be hired exclusively for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.
