The Mercer Roof Terrace, is partnering once more with Minuty starting on the 5th of May!

 

The Mercer Roof Terrace has partnered with Minuty to elevate its summer terrace experience with a Provençal flair. Guests can now enjoy Château Minuty cuvées, such as the “Cuvée Prestige” rosé from Côtes de Provence, alongside modern British dishes on the rooftop menu, bringing a lovely taste of the South of France to the London skyline.

Against the backdrop of St Paul’s and The Shard, this collaboration invites diners to savour elegant rosé pairings in alfresco style high above the city lights.
